The Bay Area Workforce Development Board administers the Workforce Investment Act Programs for a 10-county region in Northeast Wisconsin including Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Brown, Oconto, Marinette, Shawano, Florence and Menominee.

The funds support employment and training programs offered to dislocated workers, adult members of low income households and economically disadvantaged youth; assist with regional economic and workforce development activities, and provide support to Job Centers.
