Energy Assistance Available

The Manitowoc County Human Services Department will be accepting applications from Manitowoc County residents for the 2006-2007 Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) beginning October 1, 2006 through May 15, 2007. Benefits are also available to assist with electric costs if the applicant is responsible for fuel costs. Applications will be taken at the Manitowoc County Job Center, 3733 Dewey Street, Manitowoc.
