Resumes that Work - So You Can Too
This workshop is a "Nuts and bolts" approach to writing a resume without going through a breakdown - a simple, effective approach with straightforward ideas and tips. We cover the do's and don'ts of information, organization and presentation. Learn about the variety of formats available and which one is right for you. Realize your skills and abilities and be confident with your resume as a marketing tool and your key to an interview.
Resume Lab - Just Do It
This is a full service, hands-on, open experience allowing you to come in, key in, and get assistance with your end product. We supply the computer, printer, paper, envelopes and expertise. Some keyboarding skills are necessary.
Interviewing for Results
This workshop provides you with the fundamentals of interviewing. It includes an overview of preparation and organizational skills needed to prepare you to present your strengths and effectively sell yourself. Learn how to present qualifications and express why you are the best candidate for the job.
Resource Center
Provides innovative materials that will enhance your employment search. The Resource Center is equipped with computers for Internet access, career exploration software, word processing and resume writing programs, and resource materials to further enable employment success. Resources include video tapes, brochures, training schedules, job search pamphlets, self help books, software and much more.
